Red Dawn / Toosoo. A full- bodied lager beer with a fine hop-note, coming from the use of the high aromatic hops. The darker colour is the result of the lightly roasted caramel - malts that give it a slightly reddish touch that are caused by the use of Vienna malt which is giving this beer a good look which underlines it’s decent taste. Not to forget the opposite to it’s heavy body the alcohol content is a little bit less than the other beers; 4.5% Volume.

Draught @ Causeway Bay location. Dark straw colour. Limey sour character on the nose does not bode well. Floral character. Soft body - creamy - with light caramel and slightly biscuity malts. Finishes with breezy fruity hops and a light malt stickiness on the tongue.

Sampled draught at East End Brewery, Hong Kong Island.
Amber colour, small head. Fruity and medium bodied with bold, clean mouthfeel. The malt profile is quite rich, but also simple, and there is a lightly hoppy finish.
