Hazy amber color, a good off-white foamy white head, lace. Wood, glue and hops in the nose. Bitter, harsh and sticky. Totally different than Indianviken Pale Ale and not for good IMHO. Interesting brew anyhow.

Bottled. Copperish orange hazy colour. Hoppy aroma with very sweet and at the same time bitter notes in aroma. Sweet caramellish malty flavour with hoppy fruitish finish. Fruity bitter finish.

[Bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma is primarily of over ripe fruit and fresh oranges, but also with some hints of whiskey. The flavor is sweet again with over ripe fruit being most pronounced, but also notes of wood and whiskey is present, as well as some grassy notes. It is clearly that the hoppiness has been lost somewhat from the time it has been in the bottle.

Sampled draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse No. 68, Stockholm. Amber colour, average head. Initial aroma of grapefruit with a non-surprising note of whiskey. Malty with soft mouthfeel, but the alcohol shines through. As it warms up the oak gets more obvious, and in the end also cheap white wine.
