Coopers Dry delivers on the promise of a refreshing, low-carb, fine-filtered beer. It has been produced from our own maltings facility as the foundation for the brew, resulting in a smooth and delicate mouthfeel. It has a refreshing citrus taste of lime and lemon, combined with subtle floral aroma notes. The low malt sweetness and modest bitterness allows this beer to be paired with a wide range of foods, to be enjoyed in the company of discerning drinkers all year round.

Bottled. Pale golden. no head. Ricey sake aroma. Dry with loads of adjuncty rice flavour and some bread. Light bodied, but not thin. Low bitterness. Save for the bready malt flavour there is not much reason to chose this over, say, VB.
