A traditional DIPA with a gobsmackingly fruity twist. It's all about the juiciness that goes on and on, but not without a good dose of bitterness. You get tropical fruit and tangerines from Galaxy, spikes of lemon from Centennial, lime from Motueka all set against a piney Simcoe hop backbone. Sweet but punchy, unassumingly bitter and exceptionally smooth, this beer is liquid candy, the ultimate treat.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear amber pour with a creamy light beige head, didnt think DIPAs came in clear anymore, aroma has sweet caramel, tropical opal fruits, taste has smooth sweet chewy malts, sweet tinned syrupy pineapple, slight pine, sweet is > than fruit it this sticky DIPA.
