Caramel and honey malts lend this ale a mellow, grainy maltiness which is balanced by the subtle presence of English finishing hops.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear deep golden, creamy head. Light raspberryaroma. Medium sweet with soft, gentle mouthfeel. A refreshing well balanced, easy going beer with some discrete berry flavours.

Tastes like Japanese barely tea (mugicha). If I want Japanese tea, I will go to a Japanese restaurant, I don't need it in a brewpub.

Golden colour with a rich head. Marshmallow and icing sugar aroma. Slightly spicy, earthy, English hop character with heavy icing sugar malts. Off-dry finish.
