Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Malt and light spice aroma. Malt and spice flavor with a bit of vanilla. Medium bodied. Malt and spice linger.

Light brownish-amber colour. Vaguely caramelly character. Strong chocolate presence tries to obscure caramelly, grainy notes. Fusels come in about halfway through. There is a hint of crisp hops late.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy nut brown, small head. Roasty and yeasty, Sweet with clean, but mellow and syrupy mouthfeel. Some resiny hoppiness finishes this unrefined ale off.
