Draught at the brewpub. Black with beige head. Obvious licorice aroma. Very dry with plenty of spicy hops and rounded mouthfeel. Solid body and lingering eeally bitter finish. Another good beer from Paddy. The quality of the beers here really baffles me, as it’s not exactly a place that raises your expectations of the beer when you walk into it...
