This is a classic beer of golden color, with some shade and a fine head. It distinguishes itself mainly because of it´s fresh hops aroma and yeasty nose. The aroma, derived from the use of perfumey hops, it reminds of moscatel grapes and raisins typical of this type of beers, since the specially attractive aroma underline the bitter tones. This Cardos´s is bottom fermented and bottle conditioned.
