Our version has a beautiful light amber color, and a persistent white head. Cascade hops are used for bittering and late additions of Kent Golding hops give this ale it’s hoppy nose and palate. It has a medium body with some alcoholic character. A little caramel and light toasted malt flavors complete the balance of the beer. The crisp hop bitterness leads right to a dry finish. We drop an extra quantity of Goldings in the conditioning tanks to boost the hop aromas of our IPA.

on tap-pours a dissipating white head and gold color. Aroma is very faint medium malt. Taste is medium malt-some caramel, faint English/metallic/earthy hops which carry as the aftertaste. Minimum carbonation.

Draught at Cruzat Beer House, Buenos Aires. Lightly hazy deep golden, minimal head. Piney hops mixed with yeast. Fairly sweet with crisp mouthfeel and medium body. Above this lies a welth of peculiar piney hops and yeast. Significant bitterness. Perhaps a bit light, but very drinkable. A memorable beer.
