In my opinion, the taste of this beer is a bit strang, really soapy with a mix of nuts, malt, few hop, mineral.
11.05.17, buying it at Zenklausen bakery shop, at Brig, tasting it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

Für mich zu tief bewertet. Schön malziges Dunkles mit ordentlich Bitterkeit, viel Rauch und Röstaromen.

A hazy orange-red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a light touch of caramel. The flavor is slightly acidic with a nice malt back ground combined with light notes of caramel.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour, small beigeish head. Plum and malts in both aroma and flavour. The aftertaste is very raisinish. Wellbalanced, but sweet. Some grassyness noteable too.

[Bottled, thanks Bov!] Hazy amber, rich head. Lightly toffeish. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Very buttery. Slightly lemony finish with low bitterness.
