50cl can. Poured copper color with a thin white head. Aroma is toffee and caramel. Flavor similar, but thin and overall quite dull. Light body. Drinkable but not something I will remember tomorrow.

500ml can picked up at the border shop Kilpishalli in Finnish Lapland. Amber ruby tinged body with shining clarity. Fast fading, beige head. Caramel malts to the nose with a touch of dark fruits. Ditto flavour, but a bit distracted by dry vegetables towards the ending. Medium bodied. Has got some drinkability, though (shared with Eva, Tromsø 13.01.2010).

Boks 0,5l kjøpt i Kilpishalli, Kilpisjärvi Finland. Mørk gyldenbrun på farge. Ok kremaktig skum som la seg nesten helt. Svakt krydret aroma med litt malt. Smaken er søtlig malt. Hint av frukt men uvariert. Litt ristet malt i ettersmaken. Svakt bitter avslutning. Bedre enn jeg fryktet.

500ml Can - Copper coloured with a foamy head.Friuity aroma with a bit of maple syrup and sticky toffee pudding. Bittersweet taste at first but it then becomes more sweet. The sticky toffee appears again along with some more roasted flavours. It has a strange aftertaste after each sip which seems to fade quickly. Not as bad as I was expecting.

Canned. Brownish amber, brief head. Soapy aroma. Sweet with lots of caramel and crystal malt. Fruity with notes of metal, grass and vegetables. Fairly light body. Some light tarry bitterness. Better than most Kopparberg offerings, but that is not saying a lot.

50cl can from K-Citymarket, Vantaa. Gold with a yellow head, rapidly fading; caramel aroma; very smooth and sweet, almost like drinking a butterscotch milk shake; slightly dry to finish.

Can (BB 11/2007)
Clear, dark amber color, small creamy white head. Sweet toffeish aroma with metallic hints. Medium-bodied. Some toffee, bready malty notes. Aftertaste is metallic. Sweetness reminds me about Finnish Christmas Viennas - although this has "an ale" in its name, feels more like Vienna. Also "cream ale" is usually some kind of nitro brew, this is not really creamy.

Canned. Dark copperish amber colour with mediumsized beige foamy head. Leaves a bit lace. Aroma is cookies, toffee, malts and some slight paperyness. Flavour is flowery hops as well as some grassyness. Watery and unoffensive, so very easy to drink... If I want to enjoy beer, I would choose something that actually tastes a bit more than this.
