Medium beige head. Brown body. Fruity peppery caramelly aroma, very harmonic. Dry-bitter malty wooden peppery taste with caramelly roasty notes. Mid-bodied. Dry astringent wooden dandelion aftertaste with grassy dusty notes. Quite good, but could use more malts, IMHO. (0.3l draft at Bishop’s Arms, Folkungagata, Stockholm.)

Draught at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Clear brownish amber, firm head. Citric mango aroma. Medium dry with light body. Good amounts of American hops gives mango and grapefruit. Doughy, yet crisp malt balances it well. Lingering but still restrained bitterness. A well balanced hoppy beer along the same lines as their Hopsan Ale.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Vasagatan, Stockholm, 6 Sep 2008) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with dark fruit, red berries, toast and orange marmalade. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange marmalade, toasted bread, dark fruit and spicy hops. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Nice one.
