Ljus lager med stor aromatisk humlearom och smak med amerikanska influenser. Bra bett i bitterhumlen och läcker aromhumlad med favoriterna Simcoe och Amarillo som ger fantastisk doft av passionsfrukt och blodgrape.

Big white head rises out of the glass into ice-cream shapes. Pale yellow body. Fruity mango and cat’s pee (simcoe?) aroma. Bitter grassy fruity taste with wooden notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild mouthfeel. Dry-bitter dandelion grassy aftertaste with resiny notes. Nice, but very bitter, and a bit thin. (0.4l draft at Bishop’s Arms, Folkungagatan, Stockholm.)

Draught at MacKinley’s Inn, Stockholm. Clear golden, small creamy head. Rich gooseberry and lychee aroma. Initially sweet and creamy, drying out in thefinish. Powerful perfumy tropcal fruit hops with crystal malt underneath. Strong, almost shampoo-like bitterness. Good!

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Sofo, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour with lasting, creamy, white head. Hoppy, malty nose with grainy malt, grass, citrus and a touch of pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with initial notes of toffee, bread and grain, evolving into a bitter, rather dry finish with impressive amounts of citrussy, grassy hops. Medium body, mainly dry. Very bitter. The fairly low alcohol level and the dryness of the beer makes it highly drinkable and refreshing despite the impressive hoppy bitterness. In a sense fairly extreme, but still exceptionally balanced. Impressive!
