Fine and creamy foam. Tasty fruity, a little bit like banana. The finish is a little bit dry, nevertheless a good hefeweizen.

[9/23/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Bottle in the van on the way from Malmo to Stockholm. Cloudy yellow-ish golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with banana, a bit of citrus and a bit of bubblegum. Sweetish-sourish flavor of wheat, fruit esters and a drier finish with a bit of yeasty spiciness. Rather light-bodied and very carbonated. OK.

Bottled. Cloudy golden. Fruity banana aroma. Mid-sweet with rounded spritzy mouthfeel and medium body. Some pear marmelade. Low bitterness. Drinkable, but not with a lot of character.

Bottle, 6%. OK banana aroma. Clody dark grey orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has OK banana, hint of clove. Slightly rough bitterness, perhaps from the extra alcohol. Baking yeast aftertaste. Could have been a mediocre German. (Haha, turns out it IS German).
