0,5 l bottle from Getränke Höpner, Hamburg. BB 28.02.2026. Murky golden in the glass, huge stable foamy head. Orange banana aroma, some wheat and yeast with clove. Taste starts sweet fruity, ripe banana and orange, some citrus, increasing dry yeasty with wheat, less clove. Some chewing gum. Mid carboanted for its kind. Low bitterness. Okay.

ABV: 5.2%. Murky medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, rubber, light banana, light clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, weizen yeast, fruity yeast, light banana, light clove, rubber touch. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. Dicke Euroflasche. Auf den ersten, flüchtigen Blick sieht das Etikett wie das legendäre Gutmann Weizen aus. Wie dieses auch eine gute Menge Hefe, die es auszuschütteln gilt. Hier enden dann aber die Gemeinsamkeiten. Fruchtig (grüner Apfel, gelbe Pflaume und Zitrone - alles Richtung überreif), hefig und Porridge. Ein ganz minimaler Hauch von Balsamico. Guter Kompromiss aus Substanz und Süffigkeit. Solides und leckeres helles Weizen.

50cl Flasche. Ein trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer stabilen weißen Schaumkrone. Aroma: Karamell, würziger Hopfen, Hefe, wenig Nelke. Geschmack: mild süßes Karamell, Hefe, angenehm nelkig, hohe Karbonisation.

Opaque and yellow, head of big bubbles. Stale aroma is filled with banana esthers andsome vanilla. Flavour has ripe banana, some ash and spices. Too much CO2 on palate.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with mediumsized creamy slightly off-white head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruits, wheat, some yeast, mild breadyness and also quite fresh fruity notes. Flavour is quite similar, but is more clean fruity and wheaty than the aroma. Mellow, and the fluid turns quite much into foam when hitting the mouth, making it rather "airy"

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, hazy, mid-sized lacy head; complex sweetish nose: caramel wheat, dried fruits; medium bodied, soft MF, moderate sweetish-sourish flavour; slightly lingering lemony-wheaty finish. A kind of diluted weizenbock, quite nice........

Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy yellow, airy head. Fresh but pepery banana aroma. Mid-dry with slim body and spritzy mouthfeel. Restrained banana esters and rather fragile malt. Slight grassy hop bitterness. A very careful weizen, probably well suited for hot summer days.
