Bottled @SBWF 2009
Yellow color, small white head. Diacetylic, sweet malty aroma. Flavor is similar: sweet malts and diacetyl. Low bitterness. Basicly micro brewery bulk lager, but at least it has some taste in it. Viva la revolution!

First of all, I would never spend money on a beer with that label, and do not believe that the words "Che" and "Angel" should ever be in the same sentence. Got a free sample of this. Clear golden pour, fading white head. Aroma of corn, grass, cardboard and nail polish. Grainy. Taste is card board, grass, grain and sour dough bread. Thin and fizzy, finishes dry, bitter and slightly astringent.

Aroma of pale malt with a fruit note. Orange golden color with a white head that left rapidly. Thin to medium body with mild carbonation. The flavor is lightly caramel with what is probably grassy hop. It’s fairly substantial compared to the macro lagers. No nasty aftertaste. Rather crisp and clean.
