Filtered American style brown ale with a medium body and moderate hop bitterness. A delicate balance between rich chocolate and pale 2-row malt is complemented with a clean cascade finish. Folklore has it that a good Nut Brown Ale should be the first and the last beer one drinks in life!

Sample 4/4 at Red Rock Brewing Co., Salt Lake City. Pours hazy dark brown with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma contains roasted malt, hops, caramel, some wood and nuts. It tastes medium bitter and light malty sweet. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Balanced and good.
