Draft at Drover’s Run. Dark brown pour with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, and espresso. Flavor is heavy roast, espresso, and rich chocolate. Mid-heavy feel, quite rich and satisfying. Solid offering.

On tap. Pours a clear dark red-brown with a small, long lasting, creamy, tan head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, dark fruit and coffee. Sweet flavour that matches aroma with a mildly bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub. Very black, small head. Distinct aroma of coffee and tar. Mid sweet with clean mouthfeel and medium body. Dense and compact with lots of espresso and resiny bitterness. A rock solid porter.
