L’aspetto è contraddistinto da un dorato scarico e da una generosa
schiuma candida, pannosa e persistente.
Le caratteristiche aromatiche dello zenzero, l’agrumato piccante ed il
leggero balsamico sono la prima nota di testa.
A seguire un delicato floreale con ricordi di zagara.
In bocca il corpo è praticamente assente, impercettibile il calore
alcolico, per un sorso veloce ma non privo di personalità e
caratterizzato da un finale piccante sempre più evidente mano a mano che
la bevuta prosegue.

Light haze on this gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Light sweetish malts, a trace of lactose. Floralness. Little peppery spice. Touch of herby ginger with a little lemony citrus. Not bad.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Extraomnes Ciuski ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, moderate to heavy citrus, lemon. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, herbs, citrus, zest. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150812]

Bottle at Birrivico, Como
Cloudy blond color. Nice aroma, mostly it’s spicy Belgian yeast, and the ginger is subtle. Dry mouthfeel, papery malt flavor, it has a good spicy character from the yeast, moderate ginger presence; the bitterness shows some vegetables.
Not a bad beer, although I wouldn’t be interested in it again.

Draught @ BQ - Birra Artigianale di Qualita (Navigli Grande 44), Milan. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, hay, light spice, pepper, ginger. Flavor is malt, spice, ginger, little pepper, light soapy. Medium body, average carboantion. 131215

On tap @Open Baladin Roma. Pours golden with a little white head. Aroma of malt, spices, medicine, ginger, boring. Flavour is medium to light sweet with a decent bitter end, pepper, ginger. Light body, medium carbonation. Not my cup of tea.

Al naso arrivano sentori di pane. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine medie produce pizzo sul vetro. Il liquido è opalescente, nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è amaro e acido.
