cloudy yellow, huge smooth creamy white head. lots of a smokey note (meat) and slight sweetness and honey, flavor is malts, smoke, dry hops.

On tap. Pours cloudy and almost opaque golden with a very rich and frothy white head leaving a shaving foam style head. Meaty, baconish aroma - a little manure. Medium body, sweet and slightly buttery, a little grassy hops. Ends dryish with some late bitterness. Certainly different. 280511
