Cask@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty, wooden and mildly caramelly along with some syrupy sweetness as well. Flavour is fruity, nutty and slightly syrupy. Very pleasantly balanced.

Cask (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Dark brown with some red tinges. Fruity aroma with notes of roasted malt, blackcurrant and chocolate. Fruity and moderately bitter taste with notes of blackcurrant, caramel, dried fruit and chocolate detected.

Cask at Akkurat. Pours mahogny with wash detergent looking head. Soft beer with malty and milk chocolat taste.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 21 Jan 2011) Dark ruby colour with foamy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, dark bread, toasty malt and spicy hints of nutmeg or cinnamon. Malty taste with caramel, dark bread, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, hints of cinnamon and a lasting, bittersweet finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Nice winter warmer, leaning slightly in the old ale direction.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour. Floral nose with roasty tones. Dryish, medium bodied with firm, chewy mouthfeel. Roasty with notes of coffee, balanced with spicy hops. Salty bitter finish with slight notes of chocolate.
