(Gravity cask at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 27 Feb 2012) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief bubbly head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, toast and earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, dried apricots, toast and generous amounts of earthy hops in a fairly dry finish. Rather light body. Nice and tasty, highly drinkable.

Cask at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Cloudy amber. Floral nose with with viola, hay and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Caramelly malt covered in spicy, hay-like hops. Salty bitter finish. Lovely drinkability.
