Keg at Kaldi Bar - Reykjavik. Pours clear copper-gold with a creamy topping. The nose has simple lightly toasted cereal, pale bread. Light sweet flavour with more simple pale bread, grains, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat sweet to finish, simply malty. Easygoing.

Bottle looks good but a bit complex. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest malty, not too dry. Fruity hints in the background. Finish still mild, well balanced. Quite drinkable. Okay!

Bottled at Íslenski barinn, Reykjavík. Clear amber, rich head. Slight lemony nose with plenty of butterscotch. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Tart butterscotch dominates. Low bitterness. Has the relaxed malt character that I really enjoyed in the first beers from Bruggsmidjan, but also signs of infection which is worrying.
