Draft @ SBWF2011. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sweetish spicy vinous caramel aroma with hints of oak. Sweetish malty spicy dark fruit and caramel flavor with oaky hints and weak hints of vanilla. Sweetish malty vinous dark fruit finish.

Draught@SBWF2011. Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is alcohol, some roasted notes, sweet fruits, mild wood and some slight vanilla as well. Flavour is raisins, wood, alcohol, vanilla and some mild plum and mild fruityness. Sweet, but still quite balanced. Beautiful.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2011) Dark brown colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty, slightly vinous nose with notes of oak wood, dried fruit, raisins and fruit cake. Malty, roasted taste with dried fruit, oak wood, hints of coffee and a sweet, vinous finish with warming alcohol coming through. Full body, slightly oily mouthfeel. Quite sweet. Interesting and quite powerful. Hardly balanced, but tasty and quite nice.

On tap at SBWF, September 29, 2011. Dark amber with almost no head. Sweet with a lot of malt, vinous, notes of bourbon and dark fruits. Heavy mouth feel and extreme but quite ok in my opinion.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Dark brown, flat, no head. Heavy madeira aroma. Massively full body with loads of treacle, lingonberry and vodka, as well as raisins and lemony oak tartness. Huge and bold. Salty finish. Too extreme for me. Too much treacle.
