Colanruskea olut pitsiä jättävällä beigellä vaahdolla. Tuoksu hedelmäinen ja paahteinen. Maussa paahteisuutta sekä toffeemaista karamellisuutta ja voita. Varsin toimiva, vaikka runkoa saisi olla vielä hieman enemmänkin. Helppoa juotavaa. Tarjoiltiin turhan kylmänä hanasta, parani selvästi lämmetessään.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty bitter caramel flavor with weak sour hints. Has a fruity malty bitter caramel finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal, spiced and dark roasted malty. Roasted malty and vague chocolate note. Bitter and dry, roasted malty too. Dry and malty finish. Light milky.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and odd fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours a clear nutty brown with a beige head. Roasty nose with a tart note. Medium body, dry, ashy roast with a subtle malt bitter finish. The dark malt used is more suited for a Stout I’d say. 210113

33cl bottle, batch #447. Dark brown, creamy lasting beige head. Aroma has roasted malt, hops, bread and some chocolate. Flavor has roasted malt, hops, licorice, light sweetness. Long roasted finish. Great hoppy dunkel.

Bottled (from Luomupuoti Lumo, Rauma). Reddish brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some fruits, wood and mild toasted notes. Flavour is roasted malts, some chocolate, mild sour coffee and some slight spicyness.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Some coffee and plenty of tart cranberries. Dryish with lioght body and soft mouthfeel. Lactic cranberries come to dominate. Low-medium bitterness.
