Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Draught at the brewpub. Pitch black, small beige head. Aroma of licorice and coffee. Mid sweet, fairly light bodied with soft mouthfeel. Leather and raw licorice, some salmiak and earthiness. Mild salty spicy bitterness. Excellent!
