Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, small head. Phenolic nose with fruit and ash. sweetish with slender body and sprirzy mouthfeel. Canteloipe and oak, some vanilla. Fruity warming liqueur-like finish withsome saltiness. Oak and butter grows more prominent as it warms.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, straw, and malt. The falvor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a murky, opaque brown with a huge and frothy off-white head leaving laces. Sweet malty and fruity nose - overripe fruits. Medium body, tart overripe dark fruits, a little ashy and woody. Actually the tartness grows towards the finish. No hops though. 030511

2011-04-04, bottle from La Mise en Bière, Crissier, 6-4-6-2-11=29
Hazy dark amber-red color; generous head. The aroma is light, malt and a fruity trace; peppery. Too much carbonation, worn out body (malt), some vegetables, sourness and fruits: in other words, a medium-light infection is ongoing here. Not very pleasant, not completely unpleasant.

2010-07-02, ourtesy of Philippe (Bov), 8% ABV, bottled 2010.05.01, 7-4-7-3-13=34
One more time, a beer with high carbonation; it pours a hazy dark amber to brown color, with a huge head, solid. Interesting aroma, malt, caramel, a bit dusty, very light fruits and liquorice; extremely light vinous character; but also, dirty water. Average body strength; good, dry, caramel flavor, traces of chocolate, with light, suspicious sourness; then some more sweetness appear. It could be good, but that sour vein is strange, it would be out of place in a clean beer, and at the same time it doesn’t bring enough character.

Bottled (from Bov). Wonderful ruby colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is strawberries, sour wood and yeastyness. Flavour is strawberries, yeast, some mild sourish wooden notes and also some sweet malts. The honey in the beer gives a quite big feeling of the strawberryishness going overriped.
