Draught at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Dark brown, mid sized head. Aroma of pear, licorice and dust. Mid sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Maple syrup flavour followed by some odd dusty menthe. Some caramel and butter. Low bitterness. More filling than refined, with unusual flavour profile.

A dark brown porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, grassy chocolate malt with light boiled veggie notes. in mouth, a good bitter chocolate with grassy soapy notes a bit thin, but decent. On tap at Fiebre de Malta, March 29 2013.
