Bottled, from La Cave à Bulles, Paris. Hazy golden, lively head. Fruity nose with gooseberry and grapefruit. Dryish with clean, sparkling mouthfeel and light-medium body. Dominated by ripe fruits and gooseberry hops. Mid bitter finish

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, lot 092012 bb 30.09.2013
Hazy amber color, small creamy head. Very nice aroma of fresh resiny hops, then fruity hops, later some herbs and honey. The mouthfeel is just a bit weaker than expected, rather dry and smooth; quite good dry malt flavor with a hint of toffee; strong bitterness, providing enough resins and limited fruits; the final is getting drier, with a grassy touch. Some rough edge, not fully refined, but very drinkable.
A good start for this brewery.
