bottle, donated by jaghana! Hazy amber-golden colour, mid-sized creamy off-white head. Starts malty, then immediately full of delicious aromatic hos, fruity, slightly resiny and herbal. Perfectly balanced, a delight.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense and frothy white head leaving some lacework. Fine, refined and slightly perfumy hop aroma. Medium body, a little caramel and fruit before a rather bitter finish. An interesting hop this one. 180313

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, lot 1202 bb Nov 2014
Hazy and darker shade of blond, with generous head reducing to a thin persistent layer and nice lace. The aroma is interesting, delicate, almost minty, with soft piney resins and lightly creamy. Smooth mouthfeel, highly carbonated, with good malt flavor, having an evident cereals and hay character; quite strong bitterness, with a grassy touch.
Maybe Triskel is not a favorite hop, but at least this time the HopHopHop comes fresh.
