Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Tom. Cloudy orange with a white head. Sourish aroma, kinda funky, with lactic notes, some citrus and yeast. Swourish flavor, a bit grainy, a bit chalky, with some fruitiness. Light to medium-bodied. Seems infected.

At a tasting, thanks tom, small bubbley head, murky lightish orange colour, aroma of unripe fruit and vinegar with some wheat, flavour of white pepper and chalk, quite sour and coarse, just a bit like a berliner weisse though it’s not supposed to be. Probably infected.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale yellow. Fruity nose with some citrus. Fruity and light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Tart and slender with faint notes of cloves. Low bitterness. Simple, but somewhat refreshing.

33 cl bottle @ vPBF. Batch #115, BBE 04/2013
Aroma is somewhat tart and sourish with some apples and hints of wheat. Flavour is short with tart apples, some wheat and a vichy‐like feeling. Too sour and tart to be a hefeweizen. And not good in any other way.

Bottle 330ml from brewery (BB 04/2013)
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Papery, a bit wheaty aroma. Light bodied. Crisp, tart, citrus flavor. Lacks estery flavors from yeast. Now more like a Kristallweizen.

Bottle. Pours pale hazy yellow with a small white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is wheat and grain, with a touch of floral and lemon. Taste is same as aroma.
