12oz can shared by Ryan. Really odd spicy hot tweaked out sugary tropical fruit. Tastes like a sugary Latin American soda. Tamarind. Quite a disturbing beverage, only tolerable in small amounts. The harsh aroma really kills it for me. Unique fart fruit.

Bottled in Monteverde. Lightly hazy pale golden, small head. Aroma of tropical fruit punch. Super sweet without much trace of beer. Sticky finish without bitterness. Like drinking syrup.

Canned, 0.35l. Clear orange golden colorr with thin white head and lively bubbles. Aroma of orange, mangosteen and other tropical fruits. Taste starts with sweet tropical juice, followed by light alcohol note, mild spiciness, but still bland mouthfeel and certainly not bitter finish. Light body, sticky texture and lively carbonation in palate. Quite acceptable for that style, but still far from real beer...

Brutal. Unexpected - had no idea this was supposed to be a fruit beer. I love mangosteen but this was wack. All kinds of problems with the taste - don’t even know where to start. Chock it up as a failed experiment.

Bottle: Poured a bright shiny light orangey color lager with a bubbly head with no retention and no lacing. Aroma of cheap mango flavoured syrup with too much sugar. Taste is also dominated by loads of fake syrup notes with some bad corn-like sugar. Body is light with spritzy carbonation. This one is almost closer to a soda then an actual beer.

12oz can brought from CR by my wife
Appearance: Clear golden with a small white head that dissipates quickly, no lacing
Aroma: Sweet citrus fruits and malts
Taste: Sweet and tangy citrus, almost like sucking on a hard candy
Crisp and clean, easy drinkability. This is made with mangosteen fruit from Indonesia. A decent fruit beer, a nice change from the pale lagers.
