Bottled@wPBFIII. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple, some almost ice cider like elements along with some wooden notes. Flavour is quite sweet apples, alcohol, some fruits and some mild earthy notes.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy golden, minimal head. Concentrated aroma of madeira and Granny Smith apples. Sweet with full body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Very concentrated flavours. Some sugar and citric acid. Full flavoured and intense.

My #6000 rating!
Aroma has ripe apples, apple peel and gastric acid. Rather leathery palate. Flavour has leathery apples apple peel and unpleasant gastric acid tones. Finishes with strong acidic white wine tones. Just too acidic.
