10.8% 75 IBU. A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, alcohol warmth, OK. In mouth, a caramel malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, lingering bitterness, OK. On tap at brewery.

Keg at Slow Boat, Beijing. Clear amber, mid sized head. Cinnamon and grapefruit peels up front. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Heavy and sweet, fruity with tea-like grapefruit peel hoppyness. Warming oily finish with long but non-assaulting bitterness.
