Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before November 2019. Clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral aroma of grains and a touch of straw. Gently sweet, malty, slightly floral taste of grains, honey and traces of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Many thanks for this small swing-top bottle to Mariusz. Piana niewielka, malo trwala, barwa jasno zlota, klarowne, aromat slodowo-zbozowy, smakowo slodowe, bardzo lekkie, slodkawe, troche za malo chmielowej goryczki.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) First of all I have to admit that I wasn´t aware of the existence of this small brewery until yesterday when my buddy Gregor presented me a bottle “stolen” from his fathers well-assorted beer cellar in a small town near Stuttgart. Impressions: Clear, deep golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweet (cara-)malty aroma with notes of biscuits and floral, slightly woody hops. Sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, almost medium bodied (quite “hochvergoren”) with a soft carbonation. Robust pale and cara-malty taste with notes of biscuits on a mild hops character in the background; sweet and slightly hop bitter finish with light floral and woody hoppy notes. A pleasant, well-crafted surprise. 27.IV.10
