bottle. i think from pingo supermarket, alvor. hazy orange-brown white head. aroma is sour and citrussy, flavor is grassy, malty and slightly sweet, but not fruity and citrussy as aroma. however, overall flavor is quite messy , a pils type beer with lots of hay and straw in it, and a somewhat herbal finish.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head, which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is grains, some herbs, hay and grass. Flavour is grassy, grainy, mild toffee as well as some strange sweetness.

Bottled, thanks andrepintado! Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose. Sweetish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Haar crystal malt with syrupy edges and some bread. Notes of grass and a touch of metal in a mid bitter finish. Lacking in the malt department.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 5C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L231P (BBF FEV.2018). AROMA: medium sweet aroma with honey-like notes and an underatenuated sensation. low acetaldeyde notes and faint diacetyl and cereal husk. APPEARANCE: dark gold color and clear. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with faint acetaldeyde and an overall sweet malt presence with an underatenuated feeling. faint cereal husk. médium-high bitterness dominates the taste and lingers beyhond a dry finish. PALATE: médium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a beer that still needs finetuning with some fermentation problems.
