Bottle conditioned for exceptional smoothness, our Saison is a farmhouse ale brewed in the traditional style. It also forms the base for many of barrel aged, specialty beers.

Bottle shared by Nir at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Nir! Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of a bit of floral and grassy hops, yeast, a bit of malt, earthy notes and spicy hints. Flavor has a bit of malt sweetness, yeast, some spiciness, floral notes, some fruitiness and a dry and mildly bitter finish. Medium-bodied. OK. Pretty light.

Light gold. The aroma is lightly fruity, but with a little plasticy accent. The taste is yeasty, but more of an English yeast, so there is not much saison character to this. I had it a second time just to be sure...disappointing given how good their other products are.
