Vår gotländska tolkning av en ofiltrerad belgisk witbier. Bryggd med lokalt odlat korn från Binge gård och specialmalt från Bayern. Humlesorten Hüll Melon ger tillsammans med färskpressad juice från galiamelon ölets fruktiga arom.

Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Looks good. Good lacing. Moderate intensity in the aroma with some melon. Medium body and a bit rich carbonation level. Fizzy mouth feeling. Moderate sweet. Semi dry ending, or maybe it is the high carbonation level that fools me. Malty, herbal and fruity (melon ish) flavor.

330ml Bottle - Hazy orange with a white head. Melon, grass and hints of orange in the aroma. Fruity, juicy and moderately spicy taste with melon, orange peel, lemon and a hint of coriander. Refreshing and summery.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy melon aroma. Fruity wheat malty melon flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty melon finish.

Keg at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Watermelon aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity watermelon dominates. Low bitterness. Not bad, just pointless.
