Bottled at Cartwright Springs Brewery, Pakenham. Dark brown, minimal head. Licorice, coffee and caramel up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lightly tart with some butter. Heavily roasty. Chocolate and toast. Low-medium bitterness.
