Clean and delicate, this dry hopped Kolsch style beer, brewed with German Comet, German Cascade and Loral, carries a light herbal hop aroma and a smooth, crisp finish. A perfectly balanced harmony of soft, sweet and bitter, Hoo-Dini is ideal for sipping ice-cold from the fridge on a warm summer’s day.

A collaborative brew with Uiltje from Haarlem, Netherlands.

Pale blond with light haze and big fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have a pleasant hop note with a little mandarin. A nice beer but not very true to the style.

Pours a bit unclear, especialy for a Kolsch. Golden blonde, medium small, yet stable white head. Scent is malty, strong breadyness, mild age (honey) light in intensity. Not as fresh as I had hoped for. Taste is sharp, tad acidic almost (not a sour tasting beer though ) Bitterness is a tad higher than real Kolsch beer, it's also got a slight, nearly DMS like, unfresh aspect to it. Not as refined and balanced as I had hoped for.

Stark getreidig hopfiger Beginn. 10/12/13/12/11/12

Can from Stirchley Wines, Birmingham and shared in Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, light citrus, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a fresh, crisp, malty, light gluey, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
