A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, like a raspberry chocolate bar, very fruity and light acidity, very nice. In mouth, nice sweet raspberry jam with bitter chocolate, fruit jam, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Keg at Harricana, Montreal. Near black, small beige head. Rich aroma of tart raspberries. Tart with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lightly milky, some licorice. Low bitterness. Very interesting.
