A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, light watermelon pulp with light lactic notes. In mouth, a sour and sweet water melon with light salty notes, OK. On tap at Brewery Market sept 2017.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Keg at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Cloudy pale orange colour, small head. Citric nose with lemon peels. Sourish with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Straightforward salty lemon flavour with some some sour winegums. Low bitterness. Unusually true-to-style gose. It needs more life in form of malt softness to take the next step.
