A reddish copper ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with loads of herbaceous bitter hops, alcohol warmth, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light candy sugar, roasted caramel, loads of alcohol warmth, curacao, coriander, pleasant. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Keg at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Marzipan, grain and bread up front. Mid dry with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Earthy with marzipan and spicy coffee notes. Warming mid bitter finish.
