(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 11 Feb 2017) Dark brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of caramel, treacle-toffee, black-currant and dark bread. Malty, hoppy taste with caramel, toffee, orange peel, crisp-bread and a balanced citric bitterness in a sweetish finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy darkish amber, mid sized head. Piney nose with grapefruit peels and caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine and lemon peels, pine and resin mixes with buttery caramel. Resiny finish. Somewhat unpolished.

Flaska från SB. Lokala sortimentet julen 2016. En maltig lite jordig och brödig engelsk IPA. Kanske väl brödig maltprofil och för lite humle och väl mycket källartoner som inte känns rätt. Ok

Bottle @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with an offwhite head, light lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, sweet fruity hops, starwberry, little earthy, little citrus. Flavor is light sweet, bitter, malt, caramel, nuts, earthy, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 151216
