Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a white head. Tart with citrus, some berries, yeast and light apples. The body was light and the finish on the dry side. A decent one.

Caña en el Señor Lupulo Gijon 26-04-2017 (r53). Color ambar amarillento turbio con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos algo verdes lupulados con ligeros toques citricos y acidos. Cuerpo ligero a medio, refrescante. Normal.

Draught at Katarina, 11/29/16.
Pale golden with a hint of brass. Good clarity and a small, even, white head atop.
Soft brett-like tartness in the nose slowly divulges more lactic character but this never comes off as a sloppy kettle sour or anything like that. Actually quite well-malted, with honey and light bread balancing things well. Great balance overall and with lots of fresh, rustic grain, hay and very soft funk. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it’s tart, lightly hopped with some juiciness to it and a fair bit of soft malt and honey-like sweetness to balance. Ample, spritzy carbonation, very clean and low on the lactic acid, or at least it’s nicely balanced, if you will. Lovely stuff, pity there wasn’t much of Tempel around town when I was there.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul, disig högt vitt skum. Friskt syrlig doft med citrus och lite grön humle. Frisk, krispig och lätt syrlig. Inte så kraftigt humlad men massor av citrus, lite jordig, lätt ljus vinäger. Uppfriskande och trevlig.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale golden, rich head. Floral citrus aroma. Tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Mild citric acid/vinegar, sweaty citrus and hay follows. Some apple stone bitterness. Interesting and refreshing.

Keg at Malmo Tap Room, 13/08/16. Lightly hazed pale blonde to yellow with a moderate off white cap. Nose is cats piss, light puke, damp hay, wood, on the turn melon, funk. Taste comprises grains, lemon tinged straw, tarte citric shreds, light hop notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow acidic rasp. Decent low ABV sour, plenty going on here.

(Draught at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm, 8 Sep 2016) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, passion-fruit and pineapple. Fruity, tart taste with bread, passion-fruit, mango, pineapple and a fresh tartness in a finish with a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, tasty and highly drinkable. Nice one.
