This modern DIPA is brewed with Maris Otter, Wheat, Carapils, Flaked Oats & Oat Malt. This fluffy malt foundation is just big enough to hold the hefty additions of Crosby Hops Comet, with a little Summit, Calypso & Idaho7 in a supporting role.

Unclear murky orange color, medium sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, a light note of citrus and citruspeel, some more fruity notes leaning a little more towards ripe fruit. Moderately bitter only. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Alright. 7-7-7-7-7,5.

Draught, half pint. @Birra! 2020, A Coruña. 07/02/2020 [#3.240 Global - #94 Ireland - #5 Galway Bay] Hazy orange to amber colour with a small off white head. Medium retention. Aroma is grapefruit, soft candy and toffee. Taste is citrusy with notes of grapefruit and orange leading to a medium bitter finish. Next one please!

440ml can at home. Pours a hazy, almost NEIPA-like amber gold, small off white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is full blown tropical fruit, grapefruit, candy orange, some green onion. Flavour is chewy hops, grapefruit, mango, malty smooth. Lovely DIPA.
