Bottle shared with BHK on board Fridtjofen after moving stuff into storage. Very dark brown. Brown head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sour roasted malt, harsh chocolate, burnt chocolate and chives. Waterish.

500ml bottle, batch 136, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Bodø. A creamy off-white head over a hazy dark brown body, clingy lacing. Cocoa nose, slightly roasted, a vague note of sour berries. Brown malty flavours of nuts and caramel, still with a slight sourish off taste. A coffee backend, lightly roasted. So and so. (Tromsø 29.06.2020).

Bottled. Dark brown, mid sized head. Mild aroma of coffee and caramel. Mid dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Watered down coffee and caramel. Low bitterness.

Flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: brunsvart med flott skum som varer. Fløyelsmyk aroma med kakao, vanilje, sjokolade og kaffe. Smaken er også myk og behagelig. En slank og lettdrikkelig porter, selv om den blir litt vandig i avslutningen. 6-4-7-3-14.
