Backlog (thanks mabjork!). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. A bit much carbonation. Aroma is grainy, herbal, some grassy tones with mild sweet malty tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, some sweet grainy and bready tones with mild yeasty and grassy tones to it.

Keg at Monk's Café & Brewery, Stockholm. Almost clear deep golden, small head. Hay and bread up front. Dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready with hay-like hops. Grassy bitter finish. Well made.
