Bottle. Color: clear orange amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Sweet, apples, alcohol. Taste: Strong, boozy blond beer with notes of apple and bitter fruity notes. Starting over medium sweet, notes of yellow fruit like apples, sweet grapes and hints of peach, moderate bitter. Sugary sticky mouthfeel. More fruity bitterness at finish. Bit boozy, lightly warming palate. Very slightly fruity sourness. Very difficult to rate. Nice complexity, pretty well balanced flavours, but whether I like it or not as a beer? Hard to answer that question...

Bottle @ De Kromme Haring. Hazy copper. Nose caramel, apple, candied sugar, sweet and sour fruits. Don’t get the px, should have more raisins and dark fruits.

Bottle @ Kromme Haring, 10 cl sample. Slight hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of apple juice, bit flowery notes. Slight alcohol sweetness in taste, again red apples. Where’s the sherry, where’s the barley wine. Miss.

Bottle @ GRAF. Dark, reddish amber with a thin off white head. Spicy apple aroma, flavour is very similar with some caramel too

Clear amber, white head. Aroma is malt, apples... Maybe some brandy? A spirit anyway. Taste has apples, citric hop, malt, caramel. Nice sweet aftertaste but without being sickly.
