Nicely done. Florals and well integrated caramel malt. Great balance. Brown pour. Light sweet finish. Bottle at Jazz Fest like sneaking in the funk.

Golden-amber. Thin head. The aroma is malt forward, and on the palate it’s wonderful...bready, rich, with a full body. Clean, delicious, touch of alcohol late but this is lager made with care, beautiful malts and excellent balance.

Bottled, thanks MartinT! Clear amber, rich firm head. Bready nose with some pears. Sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Bread and butter, some hay. Peppery warming finish. Very mellow and well made.
